I am an engineer who has an intense passion to connect with and develop young engineers. Intel figured this out 10 years ago and moved me from engineering into our CEOs leadership develop program for elite technical college graduates- the Rotation Engineers Program (REP). I found that this was the perfect fit for me- to attract, recruit, hire, develop and strategically place the very top engineering students from the top 20 US universities. I found that I was extremely successful in each of these areas as I could draw on my extensive engineering experience and my natural passion/giftings to reach out and connect with and teach/develop young engineers. I know it sounds corny but I really am certain that this is what I was born to do.
