I have received Masters in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology. I specialize in the areas of Computer Graphics, Image Processing and Computer Vision.
Currently, I'm working on Automated Combinatorial Synthesis as well as Hematoxylin And Eosin Stain project at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts.
I worked on Image Guided Cardiac Ablation of Ventricular Tachycardia project at Siemens Corporate Research, Princeton, NJ. I involved in development of RadBuilder (OpenInventor based prototyping framework) based application for cardiac CT image segmentation and PET-CT registration. Last year, I also did an internship for seven months at SCR. At that time, I worked on Instrument Localization for Fluoro images project.
I wrote my master thesis (Instrument Localization in Interventional Images) based on the work that performed at SCR, also wrote a bachelor thesis (Weft Distortion Detection in Fabrics) while I did an internship at Semitroniks, Gandhinagar, India. In addition to that, my work at SCR resulted in publication of the invention disclosure 'Advanced Segmentation Editing Techniques'.
I am proficient in C, C++, OpenGL and Matlab programming languages. I also possess good communication and leadership skills. I am confident that I can contribute well to a position that matches my skills.
