After working to prove product concept, I became instrumental in developing product and scaling a team of two sales persons into a division of 35+ in fewer than 7 months. I zealously recruited the best, trained, and integrated everyone onto the team. I did this analytically while managing quotas and day to day sales operations. I worked on marketing initiatives and collateral, branding, training materials, determined compensation structures, and empathetically maintained the team's sanity through my ability to connect to the people that worked under me.

I help our sales team sell to Director level, C-level, and Board Members. I recruited engineers, web designers, and implemented a sales training program. I managed marketing initiatives, set up cooperative partnerships with other competitors, secured vendors, and secure consulting engagements.
I was successful at bringing in talent to these start-ups because I believed in what I was doing. I have been recruiting volunteers to organizational causes for the past twelve years exponentially expanding every organization I have been apart.
