We are activity recruiting a Full-Time Ruby on Rails developer to join our young and growing company. The ideal candidate will be highly interested in creating superior user experience and have extensive knowledge of Ruby on Rails in addition to having strong skills in Git, Javascript, Cucumber, RSpec, MySQL, Apache & Passenger. Candidate should also have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to contribute both ideas and code, which will positively impact our sites and company.

The main focus of the position will be building a brand new Shopping site, Yibs, with interesting features such as Adwords automation and sales tracking. Any experience with the Adwords API is a plus but not required. Other projects will include maintenance on 4 existing shopping sites including coupongurus.com and dealslip.com. These 2 sites combined have approximately 300K unique visitors per month. We have a strong commitment to success and have established ourselves as a viable and thriving company.

You should be comfortable working in a small group setting and be able to work on-site in our new Venice Beach office.

This position can be either contract or possibly full-time employment for the right candidate. Salary will be based upon experience.
