We are an early stage, VC backed startup looking for a passionate, bright, entrepreneurial software engineer looking for the next startup challenge.

We are creating a group authored video platform to make profile photos and short duration text a thing of the past. So far, we have built our alpha website through outsourced engineers. After getting positive reviews and VC funding, we're looking to build our Tech Team, and rebuild our product.

We are looking for someone to join our team as the technical lead. You will have the opportunity to impact the product direction going forward and shape our culture. At first the role will be very hands-on, though we expect you to build and manage a team as we grow.

Compensation will be driven by sweat equity, though there will be a modest salary until our revenue stream can support additional compensation. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with a start-up at the ground floor.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-2-5 years experience in a web development role
-Strong quantitative skills and proficiency for math/statistics
-Computer Science (BS, MS, or PhD) degree preferred but not required
-Online video experience strongly desired but not required
-Hands on experience with Java/JSP, Ruby, AJAX, MySQL
-Desire to work in a startup
-Sense of humor, and a desire to change the world one byte at a time
