I am looking to build a new web application that attempts to change the way people manage their online stock portfolios.

I am not a programmer, so I am looking for someone extremely strong to either hire or give equity to as we build a basic first version.

Must have experience using data feeds, such as google finance, yahoo finance.... I think the project would be done in PHP or Python but I am not totally sure.
