Working on a project that will be OpenSourced... Key skills:

* Time to contribute
* Django experience
* Google App Engine -- wishful
* HTML/JavaScript/CSS/etc... -- but of course

Bonus skills:
* Familiar with Wordpress or Drupal internals
* Past open source contributions
