We are a small group of young, creative professionals seeking a true RoR code ninja who loves designing and architecting from scratch. We have a static website in place, but need to transform it into a dynamic platform with clean, powerful functionalities including social networking, user-generated content, e-commerce, people matching, video streaming, and other applications the web hasn't seen yet.

We are looking to propel our company forward with like-minded entrepreneurs...

Coder must be able to:
- Work collaboratively with administrative and design team to design, develop, and deploy web applications
- Communicate effectively with nonengineers
- Analyze problems and identify alternative solutions
- Be flexible
- Be detail-oriented and conscientious

Education/Experience:
- BS in computer science or related degree from accredited college or university
- 3-5 years working with Ruby
- 1-2 years working with Ruby on Rails
- MySQL experience a must
- Experience developing social network-specific applications
- Experience scaling
