Ruby on Rails Developer

We would be willing to train a great web developer (Python/Smalltalk/Java/OO PHP/OO Perl) with strong consumer internet experience that wanted to move to RoR

QUALIFICATIONS

* At least 3- 5 years consumer web development experience with an OO language
* Development experience Ruby on Rails
* Strong experience with Open Source software
* Experience with SQL & MySQL
* Ability to work in highly agile, test driven development (Scrum).
* Working knowledge of Unix.
* Enthusiasm, passion & a sense of humor a must!

REQUIREMENTS:

* Experience in designing and building complex, real time web applications.
* Knowledge of OO design and design patterns.
* Ability to work with product management to prototype features.
