The Job: Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to create a brand new fun and unique user experience at the heart of our live social interactions.

You thrive in fast-paced, start-up environments, and love collaborating with a small team to develop premium user experiences. You are unrelenting in your quest for industry-defining visual quality, and you are not afraid to solve hard user experience challenges by using clever and sleek design approaches.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of designing the user interface and experience for our main native application (Mac initially).
• Proactively define Rabbit unique visuals to match brand DNA.
• Tightly collaborate with engineering, marketing and QA to build the best possible user experience.

Requirements:

• Strong online portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of visual design principles.
• A real talent for innovative and forward-thinking UI design and an intuitive ability to find the simplest, most elegant design solutions.
• At least 5+ years professional experience in designing compelling, dynamic game or application (Mac/Windows) .
• Highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, ...
• Expert at OmniGraffle or InDesign...
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript and Flash applications is a plus for quick prototyping.
• Comfortable using a disciplined development methodology (agile) and adhering to development best practices, standards and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor of Art's degree or above in Visual Design, Graphic Design, User Experience or related fields.
