Web Services Engineer
Job Summary:
•Responsible for design and coding of the Pareto Web UI and Server Components
•Rockstar at scripting in at least one of:
•PHP
•JSP 2.0/JSTL
•Responsible for implementation of the Pareto Customer Portal and end user GUI
•Champion for user needs and user experience
Key Objectives & Major Responsibilities
•5+ years experience with one or more scripting languages (PHP, JSP, etc). More is better.
•Successful candidate will be highly motivated and able to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic, team oriented environment.
•Spring (MVC and/or Webflow) Java server development
•Strong Java programming skills
•Worked with multiple open source software packages
Required Experience

•Excellent communicator who can manage expectations and work with the engineering, solutions engineering, and product marketing teams
•Some experience with one or more AJAX frameworks, jQuery, Mootools, YUI etc.
•Database experience with MySQL and Hibernate
•PHP Development, experience with CakePHP and/or Smarty a plus
