Loomia is looking for a versatile QA Engineer who wants to be involved in a wide range of projects. The best candidate should have a strong background in software engineering, test frameworks, and automation. Ideally, you will be comfortable writing acceptance tests with product management, creating automated testing tools and managing the bug database.

Here are some of the things you'll do.

* Develop & design test strategies, test cases, test plans, & other test specification documents

* Contribute in test planning & test execution for multiple short-cycle releases

* Work with development & product management to determine resource needs, test requirements/strategy, & to report defects & ongoing testing status

* Review requirements, code, design, & other documentation, & plan testing activities

* Identify areas that are good candidates for automation; build & design automated tests

* Manage bug fixes, product releases, & build activities

* Streamline QA activities to adhere to standards & to ensure the completeness, efficiency, & effectiveness of testing activities

We work with a LAMP stack (p is Python for us) so experience in this world is a big plus.
