Description:
The Web Producer is responsible for overseeing the creation, implementation, ongoing maintenance and quality assurance of all content releases to the Website. To fill this role, we are looking for a high energy, results-oriented, individual contributor with excellent HTML/CSS skills, proficiency with Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator and an understanding of Web metrics and their use in design and UI.

Required Skills:
• Expert-level HTML coding skills (**without using a WYSIWYG editor**)
• Expert-level knowledge of CSS and DHTML
• Intermediate-level JavaScript coding skills
• Intermediate-level php coding skills
• Experience in cross-platform design, information architecture, site mapping and change control
• Experience troubleshooting cross browser issues on both Macs and PCs
• Proficiency in Flash
• Fluency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with Website metrics for use in design and navigation
• Familiarity with at least one major Web metrics application, i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture

Not required, but would be a plus:
• Knowledge of content management technologies is highly preferred
• Experience with search engine optimization

Qualifications:
• B.S. degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing production of web content
• Portfolio including a self-started web-based project or URL examples of recent work.
• Candidates must be well organized, detail-oriented, and creative
• Highly motivated, organized, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Must be able to correctly estimate the time and effort needed to perform a task, able to meet deadlines with excellent problem-identification and reporting skills
• Excellent organizational and written skills
• Strong analytical skills
