As the Quality Assurance Lead at HealthTap, you will:
• Be responsible for the overall quality of all HealthTap products
• Develop and execute test plans for identifying problems in our Web and mobile products
• Institute standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness

Qualifications and Experience
• At least 3 years experience testing web-based and mobile applications
• Working knowledge with major QA tools, bug tracking systems and automation tools
• Familiarity with Unix and, at least one scripting knowledge
• Working knowledge of MySQL and ability to write queries for testing data quality
• Cross-browser testing experience
• Strong experience developing and executing both manual and automated test suites

Key Responsibilities
• Define test plans, scenarios and scripts for determining the qualify of all products
• Design and develop automated test plans, as needed
• Document defects in the bug tracking system, and track/monitor the resolution of the defects
• Work with customer support staff to diagnose problems reported by customers and recommend possible solutions
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
• Help define appropriate product development processes for ensuring high quality of delivered products
