As an IT Operations Engineer at HealthTap, you will:
• Define and build products and applications that help people live healthier, happier lives
• Be responsible for developing best-in-class software in a fast-paced, agile, startup environment
• Work closely with product management, marketing, and company leaders to successfully move from early stage product concepts through successful launch

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor the stability and performance of various HealthTap applications and services
• Ensure up time and response time SLAs for all HealthTap services are met
• Diagnose and troubleshoot website issues quickly and put in place processes that minimize such occurrences
• Manage internal IT tools and infrastructure

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field
• Knowledge of Unix and Mac OS X operating systems
• Experience setting up and managing Amazon EC2 instances
• Working knowledge of Unix shell programming and scripting languages like Perl
• World-class customer service mindset
