We are looking for a solution engineer / project manager / business analyst. The position is loosely defined and consists of equal parts business analyst, requirements analyst, technical writer, and project owner. You should have strong technical communication skills, have knowledge of software development processes and tools, and be passionate about building exciting applications for clients!

You will be working closely with the sales and technical teams and act as a key advisor to the client, and be an internal project owner within the company. This position will also have some project management and communication with the client.

We are looking for an individual that we will train and build up. We serve some very specific industries and are willing to train and invest into your experience. Our processes and workflow is custom to our business, so you do not need 10 years of experience in the field. Technical background and degree are a must.

Specific tasks:
Discover and gather information about clients requirements;
Create proposals;
Work with technical team in designing the solution and clearly describing it both from a technical and business perspective;
Work with sales team to define cost, document risks, constraints, and so on;
Facilitate communication between existing and new clients;
Pursue customer satisfaction and be passionate about delivering the best possible for the available budget;
Be able to work in a really fast passed and quickly growing business;
Be able to pick up on high level requirements and define the detailed and minute steps needed for the goals to be reached;

You should have some of this:
Previous sales or management roles;
Strong technical background;
Technical/business writing experience;
Business development experience;
User experience design;
Project management experience, Agile experience;
