About us: We are a California based software company that is working on a reverse search engine and web aggregation portal. Our technology promises to bring breakthroughs in auction technology and fully integrates with Facebook, Google Plus etc. Our team consists of 9 people of which 3 are developers. We are currently searching for a CEO or COO that has experience in raising money and launching a startup. Our business plan, executive summary and prototype are complete or nearing completion and we are ready to begin fundraising. We already have numerous investors who have previously shown interest in our business model but our prototype was not yet complete until now.

The right candidate should be willing to work for a few months "part time" for equity while we secure funding. Our model is defensible and easily monetized.

What you offer: A desire to co-found something, a business and technical background, previous experience in raising money, VC and angel connections, experience in launching, running and or selling a web based software company is a big plus. Our preference is to launch in or near Walnut Creek CA.

FINRA certification is a BIG plus!
