We are a small, self-funded start-up of successful Internet folks.
We have built a fantastic strategy game (www.threshwars.com).
We are looking for someone to own our back-end; this includes the full stack (MySQL, AWS, RoR, etc.).
We have very fun stuff to work on and some awesome CS problems (e.g. multi-player client/server synchronization).
The game is not close to being done; major new stuff coming up.

We are looking for someone that has:
- Very strong computer architecture fundamentals
- Very strong RoR experience and proficiency
- Very strong overall web technology skills (XML, HTTP, etc.)
- Very strong client/server architecture knowledge
- a CS degree (at least BS)
- Prefer experience in AWS, (but smart folks can learn it fast)
- a deep interest in building social online games

The compensation is primarily STOCKS (significant) plus modest salary.
We intend to raise a round in 3-6 months and transition the team to more competitive salary standards.
