Esuccess.com (the site is a placeholder currently) will be an educational hub for tutoring, content and collaboration and will provide a source for efficient communication between individuals such as allowing students and parents to find tutors outside of their geographic area with verified credentials and references.

Company Background: We are a recently-formed E-Learning startup that has a verbal commitment from a VC that will provide funding, office space in Palo Alto and the esuccess.com domain once we have a suitable lead developer.

This is an chance to get into an early-stage startup at the ground floor with significant equity and a base salary.

Required Skills, Attributes, and Responsibilities:
- You have a technical skill set allowing you to create thoroughly developed, documented, and scalable web programming implementations using tools such as PHP, MySQL, or Java. (Some Javascript/AJAX and Flash will also be helpful.) Your talent and emphasis on scalability, leanness, and continuity to future development team members transcend individual platforms, and you are prepared for an in-depth cost-benefit analysis of the languages of implementation for our services.

- You are able to grow professionally and take on additional responsibilities in the area of extended project management duties and strategic management skills development.
- You should be able to work full-time+, and should be prepared to be a fully committed member of this team for the foreseeable future.
- You are able to work in Palo Alto.
