
This role will report to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a background in financial analysis. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing the budgeting and forecasting process. Additionally, the candidate will lead and participate in a wide variety of finance-related projects that further the strategic objectives of the company. We are looking for a candidate that is detail-oriented while having the ability to look at the "big picture," thrives in a fast paced, tight deadline environment, and will be a team player who is able to work well in diverse and growing environment.
Responsibilities Include:
-Work closely with department leads to prepare budgets and forecasts on an ongoing basis
-Assist in variance analysis of budget vs. actual for company and projects
-Build and maintain long term company strategic plan and corresponding financial statements
-Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and help review critical strategic and financial decisions
-Prepare presentations for the Executive Team and Board of Directors
-Take a leadership role in defining and implementing scalable analytical processes to support the growth of the business
-Assist in ad hoc requests as necessary
Requirements:
-BS in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)
-3-5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
-Must have strong understanding of and experience with budgeting and forecasting process
-In-depth experience with financial statement creation and analysis
-Excellent analytical, financial modeling (Excel), and presentation skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects and execute effectively to deadlines
-Must be team player, detail oriented, and a self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision
-Understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS is desirable
-Experience with SAP is a strong plus
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background investigation (motor vehicle record, criminal, education and prior employment).
