Education: Bachelors degree in Communications or related field

Experience: Minimum 7 years related experience

Position Reports to: VP - Production & GM

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain Master Project Schedule (Multiple simultaneous projects)
• Manage Agreements, Creative Briefs, HUB, RCB & creative changes
• Manage digital assets from Suppliers/Clients (images/content/files)
• Manage Supplier “folders” with all necessary digital assets for production
• Leads kick off & review sessions with Production, Clients and Suppliers
• Leads preliminary Quality Control – review copy for errors, check pages for errors before they go the Client for review
• Work closely with Production team, Sales team, Creative Team, Clients and Suppliers to get projects started quickly, scheduled, update schedules and overall keep projects running effectively and efficiently through the Agency.
