Traffic Coordinator
Reports to: Producer
Education: Bachelors degree in Communications or related field
Experience: 2 – 4 years of experience managing some aspect of Web projects from definition through launch in a small- or large-scale, commercial-quality, Web-retailing environment
The Traffic Coordinator position is perfect for someone interested in developing a real sense of creative production within a fast paced online environment. Work spans across all site product areas. His/Her focus will be on managing small to mid-size projects that support retail business goals. The Traffic Coordinator will work closely with Production team, Sales team, Creative Team, Clients and Suppliers to get projects started quickly, scheduled, updated, and keep projects running effectively and efficiently through the Agency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Project Management (70%)
- Leads cross functional teams on small to mid-size projects and contributes on larger scale projects with influence from a Producer or manager
- Keeps projects on track, facilitates handoffs from one functional area to another, raises red flags, asks for help identifying dependencies and risks, and looks to manager for guidance to understand the business impact and decisions made during the project
- Gathers and analyzes project information, assesses complex issues and recommends solutions, manages the design and production process and manages organizational tasks for small projects
- Supports projects by creating appropriate internal documentation and effectively communicate goals, issues, timelines, etc. to team
- Maintains Master Project Schedule (Multiple simultaneous projects)
- Participates in review sessions with Production, Clients and Suppliers
2.Maintenance (30%)
- Supports Producer in various aspects of media management via set-up in ad serving tool and managing asset handoffs for twice weekly updates

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Project, and Power Point programs. Experience with Outlook
