WANTED: Web Designer to LOVE

Aquent is looking for a web designers who they can love. It's kind of like a family who desperately needs a pet to enrich their lives, you know, accept for the family part, or the pet.

Basically we have great clients, with great directive, and great ideas but no one who is great enough to add to their web team. They need you, web designer extraordinaire, to come into their lives, give their web projects a face lift, and keep them looking web savvy year in and year out.

This is no small task because their web clients’ websites are big, and it does a lot of stuff: there are sections for all their products, departments, promotions, and always adding new sections, stuff that needs to be dynamically updated, and even a little eCommerce involved. So you have to be very, very good for this position. But in the end, EVERYONE WILL LOVE YOU!

Requirements:
5 years web design experience with 3+ years designing for high-traffic sites
First-hand understanding of web project management best practices in a large team with art directors, information architects, web production people, and developers.
A portfolio of links that show you are a serious corporate/agency web designer
Working knowledge of traditional design fundamentals

If you have all that, they'll love you. If you also have the following they'll be in AWE:
Professional experience hand-coding HTML and tableless CSS
Flash design experience or animating abilities

Compensation:
More money than you make now - unless you're seriously overpaid - but who can put a price on love...
