What are we doing?
We are working on a really cool web-based and iPhone solution for doctors, nurses and other hospital staff. We are currently self funded and early product development. We already have an early trial customer/dev partner and several others already showing interest - so it is very promising indeed. We will be going for venture funding soon.

What are we looking for?
Right now we are looking for a couple of software gurus to join our small team of 4. Given where we are, what we can offer right now is a piece of the company (equity) and the promise of a innovative and exciting ride. Once we get funded of course there will be a $alary to add to this :-). Given this, we are looking for folks who ideally have another source of income (like another job(s) or supportive spouse(s) or both) and can still contribute part time (at least 15-20 hours a week) with us. Someone who is a....

* Go-getter-Can-do team player
* Skilled in one or more of Java/ExtJS/iPhone/WebUI/Communications software comfortable with building up with open source packages
* Ideally thrives in a startup environment - must have worked in startups.
* Optionally, has some Health IT background (e.g. knowledge of HL7) - this is a plus
