I founded Élever Professional after spending years learning executive search and managing a team of recruiters for Manpower, Inc. in Southern California and Austin, Texas.

In founding Élever I wanted to draw on this experience, but eliminate the inefficiencies of a the F500 model of spending more time reporting than actually "doing". The goal was to architect a comprehensive executive search program that was nimble, smart, efficient, and tailored for companies who are growing at a rapid clip.

Now in our 3rd year, we're growing and seeing our clients' talent acquisition wins stack up. In 2011, we had a 100% success rate in our placements. We don't work for everyone, but the clients we do take on are aligned with our core values. When a client's objectives are shared with our objectives, the motivation to diligently perform the dirty work is not optional, it's second nature.

In my spare time you can find me volunteering with youth baseball organizations in Austin and Los Angeles, fostering sick and abandoned dogs, and getting obliterated in XBOX games by my son, Jackie.
