I completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine. During college, I had my first exposure to recruiting - and fell in love! In over five years of professional recruiting experience, I have been focused on IT, Sales, Engineering, Financial, and Marketing recruitment. I have worked with companies of all sizes from start-ups to large international corporations. I enjoy working alongside my Clients and helping them grow their business by providing the best candidates for their companies.

A majority of my Clients are based in the New York and Boston areas. I have had experience recruiting for various levels of network engineers, database administrators (DBAs), iPhone Developers, Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and IT Managers. In the marketing field, I have recruited for positions ranging from Marketing Analyst to Campaign Managers and Marketing Directors. Financial industry positions have been in the trading industries with positions such as Quantitative Analyst, Quantitative Programmer, Trade Support Specialist, Quantitative Trader, and Financial Analyst for some of the top firms on New York’s Wall Street and Chicago Board of Trade.

My hiring process begins with a discussion to thoroughly understand my Clients’ needs, company values, and environment so I am able to deliver the best possible candidates for the position and company. From there, I manage the process and maintain open communication until the candidate has settled into the company.

Our approach here at CyberCoders is focused on effective communication, strong delivery, and extended support beyond an offer. We serve as a liaison between the Client and the Candidate to maintain clear communication and simplify the hiring process.
