Ron has been in the headhunting business since 1993. In his hands-on leadership role he is responsible for business development, strategic alliances, partnerships as well as managing select client’s staffing needs. Jivaro’s focus and commitment to building strong relationships through collaboration and teamwork comes from his experience as a collegiate athlete. Ron has spent his career building relationships with several of the bay area's venture capitol firms. Prior to founding Jivaro in 1997, he held various positions at Emersoft Staffing and was pivotal in growing the organization from 6 to 150 recruiters.
