I hate "about me" boxes.
How is one supposed to condense who they are in a little dinky paragraph?
Here goes nothing...
Passionate people-person, love web startups, but trained for 5 years as an engineer.
Now trying to get training as a buisness guy.
Looking for someone who sees my potential deep beneath the un-focused, flaky, ADHD exterior. Like my grade 2-3 teacher, Mrs. Price:
In grade 1, my "mean" teacher locked me in a room for 1 week because I was too disruptive in class.
In grade 3, Mrs. Price found my strengths & got me to join the Grade 5&6 classes in their science project. Mine was on Albert Einstein's Theory of Relativity.
As proof of her success, I was on the dean's list in University, graduated from the hardest academic engineering discipline, worked as a Program Manager intern at Microsoft, and was recently offered a job there.
I declined it. (thinking I could get another one)
So now I'm trying to make my mark in the world as a young, entrepreneur with tons of ideas, but having a hard time finding
a) a team
b) a mentor
c) the motivation to execute (i keep going through ups & downs. when i'm talking to friends/people I'm excited and motivated, but in my own room, at home, or away from these situations I loose it and can't seem to find the drive.)
That's my life in a nutshell.
