As Vice President of IT Consulting Services and it's founding member at The Bowdoin Group, my responsibilities include: formulating and implementing pragmatic recruiting and client acquisition strategies, team building, account development, project negotiations and technology due diligence.
Prior to The Bowdoin Group, I was a Director with The Atlas Group where I was responsible for developing, implementing and driving The Atlas Group’s recruiting team and consultant retention program in Information Technology and Life Science markets. I also developed and managed strategic relationships with clients in the areas of: Enterprise Software, Consulting, Financial Services and Emerging Technologies.
Before The Atlas Group, I held lead consulting and management roles at Nokia, Spotfire(acquired by TIBCO), TechTarget and Avaki Corporation(acquired by Sybase) where I helped build world class engineering, sales and professional services teams.
Earlier in my career, I was a Principal Consultant with Benchmark HR Solutions, a national professional services firm that focused on providing integrated outsourced recruiting strategies to high-growth technology companies.
I began my recruiting career with The Registry (later Renaissance Worldwide), a 600 million dollar global IT consulting firm, where I was one of the top recruiters in the nation.
