Bill has more than 20 years of experience with all aspects of hands-on staffing. He provides recruiting for technical and non-technical positions, utilizing his expertise and resources, to include multiple advanced Internet sourcing techniques, networking, engaging and recruiting passive candidates, cold calling, job postings, university relations, job fair participation and more.
His prior experience includes sales management for high technology companies requiring recruiting and training of sales and marketing personnel. He is a member and past board member and officer of the Human Resources Consultants Association (HRCA).
